Activities

The user should be able to record an activity.
For each activity, the following information is needed:

• Date the activity consumed (Mandatory)
• Type of activity (Mandatory)
• Amount consumed (Mandatory)
• Comment

Validation should be performed:

• Mandatory fields are filled in
• Amount is numeric
• DB insertion successfully performed
